Halo 3: ODST - My two cents

I bought Halo 3 ODST the day after it was released, as a fan of the xbox I am well versed when it comes to the HALO franchise.

Let me start by saying that I am currently living in Mexico and I don't speak Spanish. Now that we have that established, heres the bit that sucks. The game was in SPANISH. Yeah thats right, they released the game in full spanish without the option to change it to english. The cut scenes had subtitles but sadly the gameplay doesn't. But like I always say, "A bullet sounds the same in every language".

Moving on, The game this time around takes you away from being a SPARTAN and instead you play the rolls (or so my limited spanish would lead be to believe) of a group of Orbital Shock Drop Troopers (ODST).

The actual game play is smooth as expected, however lack innovation and the game is incredibly short. (I finished the game on both Normal and Legendary in a day or two).

That aside the Pistol is awesome, and there is nothing quite as satisfying as emptying a clip from a SMG into a brute, causing his helmet to be blown off, then switching to the pistol for a headshot kill. Lets face it, thats what FPS dreams are made of.

All in all good game, definite purchase for HALO fans.

Halo 3: ODST is available exclusively for the Xbox 360.

please, if you have any knowledge on where that second picture you have up is from, let me know. I have been trying and trying to find a place where i can buy a good replica odst helmet for skydiving. I haven't had much luck, nor have I seen one of such quality. thanks
